BH properties create value by careful sourcing Below Market properties that are refurbished to a high standard. We create HMO properties that generate guaranteed high net returns of over 7%+ with no void periods, no management and no maintenance.

One must consider net returns, not the gross. Many advertise gross returns and do not take into effect all expenses that are attributed to the property from management fees, voids and being maintained.

BH properties service means little or no involvement required from our investors.
