You can tell who is motivated and who is not in the UK property investment market. Our builders…our joiners….our electricians as well as plumbers could have found many reasons not to work right up to the holidays…However they wanted to complete this HMO project in order that it could be provided to a group of needy people with Social Housing. It is not just about the money. It is bringing back dignity to people. We treat our tenants the way we want to be treated. We provide safe, clean and inspected properties for those less fortunate than us.
I want to thank all of our team making a difference and a last effort push that this HMO project would be ready for Christmas for those less fortunate than us….
