Avoiding Problems when Refurbishing Professional HMOs Manchester

We always prefer to avoid problems as problems seem to find you. Yesterday we had an interesting situation. We had a team of builders who had just come back from an un announced holiday. They were to start on an extension of a kitchen as deemed by the council….lucky us. Well…they could not start the job yesterday and we greatly appreciate the insight of our building partner. He gives every worker a breath analyzer test before they start working every day. These holiday returning gents failed the breath analyzer. As much as we need to catch up on our Professional HMOs and Social HMOs in Manchester we prefer to avoid problems. Our building partner sent the workers home…no pay…no work for failing the breath analyzer test. This was very clever on his behalf. I have been in property since 1994 and had been building houses.
