The typical UK property investor usually builds a portfolio of houses or flips houses. How about building a real estate strategy of building a portfolio of HMOS and flipping HMOS? We do the later. The rational is very simple we make more money both by keeping and by selling our HMOS. We go in and strip the HMOS back to the brick. We transform thees 100 year old terraced into the cool hangouts with high speed internet and super cool updated gloss finishes. When we sell our Professional HMOs we make sure they have high yields so our investors make solid returns.
