First there was the fear of interest rates…then there was changes to the tax laws regarding Buy to Lets…then the Global Stock Market Crash.

The million Pound question is how will this effect UK Property Real Estate? Will this reduce the appetite of lenders? Will the Global Stock Market Crash (if it really occurs)…increase demand for Buy to Lets?

Lets face it…most of these terraced houses been around for longer than we have and will continue to be around after we are gone. People have to live….There is a housing shortage in the UK…

I have seen 2 crashes so far. In both cases Real estate got whacked…Those who were not leveraged survived and saw the prices of their properties rebound.
