Property Bee is a must have tool. Property Bee shows when Prices are slashed, Sold STC becoming re-available, multiple reductions and sometimes huge reductions. The key in property is to find motivated sellers. Once you see with property bee prices dropped…sales fall through the motivation of the vendor can change. This is where we step in as property investors…or in our case HMO property investors.
You need Firefox which is an alternative to Internet Explorer, which you must have in order to use Property Bee. You can keep using your old IE and just use Firefox for checking Rightmove. Property Bee shows you all the normal Rightmove stuff, but with price and other information changes shown in additional boxes.
To install this software took about only several minutes and here are some simple instructions.
