Myself and my JV partners are busy as always. We have just completed one Professional HMO in Pendlebury and have started on a 5 bed en suite in Worsley as well as we have a Social Housing HMO in which we are about 2 weeks out to finish. The walls have been re-plastered…stripped out and stud walls built. Working in this fashion we create value and uplift on the property. Some of the Social housing HMOs we keep and some we sell on with guaranteed rents with a corporate tenant. The professional HMOs we tenant them and primarily look to sell on. All is included, tenanted with management in place.
Done and Dusted and most importantly…Cash flowing. Considering all the volatility in the world, real estate on a low leverage basis has to be one of the best investments.
