Seems like a lot of free mongering. Reading the papers…medicine shortages…food shortages….wow….How are tenants supposed to pay our rents….or us our mortgages. The question is how should we continue….stop buying professional HMOs….stop buying Social HMOs….I doubt that….all will happen is that we could lose income. At the end of the day people need to live. Even in the Great Depression….25% of the people were unemployed….that also meant 75% were working….People doubled up in properties. How about another crazy thought….would you prefer money in the bank and the bank goes poof…or would you want a property that would cash flow. We were in Argentina couple summers ago. The people who survived were those with property. That is a fact….Personally we like these brick basic 100 year plus properties we have made into HMOS…both social HMOs and Professional HMOs….They have seen it all…Great Depression…WW1 and WW2….they still are here…albeit now nicely refurbished….I think dont let the scare mongers win…I prefer bricks to pieces of paper…

What do you think?
