2 Social HMOs and 1 Social Family Buy to Let Past All Inspections
Rather a very hectic week. We had a 5 bed Social HMO pass all inspections along with a 4 bed Social HMO and on Friday a 4 bed family Buy to Let passed. Next week also will be rather hectic. We have another 4 bed Social HMO finalizing refurbishment and the following week a 6 bed Social HMO. The HMOs are all in the area of 42 GBP a week and the family social Buy to Lets are on LHA rates. The good news according to the news, LHA rates are increasing 1.7%. That might not sound like alot but on a portfolio of 25 properties it adds up.
