3 Social HMOs on the Go

This week like most weeks has been extremely hectic. We have a 4 bed HMO, a 5 bed HMO and a 6 bed HMO that we have an army of workers doing everything from fire doors, placing kitchens, electrics …basically you name it. We have one inspection today both from fire assessment and building regs and on another property the council would like to inspect. Some of the areas in which we work have selective licensing on top of HMO licensing thus the council wants to visit to inspect our final standards. They have seen one and wanted to see how another project is looking. Us in the office are looking forward to Saturday, the builders want to get paid and want to keep on going till the jobs finish. We are under a time constraint as the providers need the properties urgently however we are ahead of schedule.
