30 Seconds Of Knowing To Buy A Property

Ourselves and our JV partners have the 30 second test to buy a property. We look at alot of conversion projects. We have realised that if we do not know within 30 seconds we want to buy a property, it will probably be a mistake. We have learned not to try to convince ourselves. Yes, Salford is a tight market as all of Manchester, but it is better not to do a deal than a bad property deal. We looked at a conversion to make 8 flats. We loved the fact that it was in Swinton. However the office building was in a rather commercial area. Simple question…we asked…Would our wives want to live here? Bingo!!!
