6 Bed Massive Social HMO Stockton on Tees
Yesterday we conveyed on this Victorian property. In 6 weeks we are aiming to transform it into a 6 bed social HMO let on a 5 year contract with probable renewals. The contract is for £13,104 a year without any voids… maintenance and no mangement. The only kicker it is hard to get finance. However this is a commercial deal and we have built up with the number of projects and experience. Just maybe a bit shy of all the political nonense with Brexit.
We have alot of work ahead of us as we have 7 projects going on. One was signed off yesterday and hopefully next week another two.
