Rip out completed and stud walls started. This will be a 4 bed social Hmo in St Helens outside of Manchester. Since it is only a 4 week we are looking for a 6 week turn around. 4 bed will net generate a bit under £13000 a year. We balance the 4 beds with both both 5 and 6 beds. The bigger ones take more time but can net us close to £20000 a year with no voids.. No management and maintenance covered unless structural. 4 beds sell quickly to overseas investors.
