This week I am striving to have 3 properties pass all inspections. The inspections range from building regs, council and the housing provider. As a landlord I love the fact there are so many inspections on these properties. These inspections protect the value of the property. We will have a 7 plus 3 year lease with no voids, no management and maintanence covered unless structural. There is a Govt backed 7 plus 3 year contract which basically offsets your purchase price. More so you are protected from inflation with property.
