The refurbishments that we do on these social houses are rather extreme. It is not carpet and paint. There are many builders even with their experience are taken back at the level of complexity of the refurbishments. I do chuckle when we have investors from London or even Hong Kong think they can manage a project remote control. Our partner is on the ground and the builders we use have a lot of experience providing these properties of Social Housing.
