Many builders who have done professional hmos and even DHA try to do these social housing hmos and fail. Others are delayed for 6 months or longer. We have been doing this since 2014 and every property has it’s challenges. This particular property was in horrendous situation. It will be a 6 bed. This property will net us £23,400.
