7 Social Housing HMO projects 28 Beds Under Refurbishment
We have 28 Beds under refurb at all different stages. Two properties are close to being inspected and hopefully signed off. Then we have some that need tremendous works. We have brought them back to the brick and this is the end result. This particular property is a 5 bed social HMO. No voids, no management and all maintenance covered unless structural. The net rents are £19,500. There is no council tax, no utilities, no interaction with the tenants. Just monthly BACS payments that let us focus on sourcing new properties and managing the build teams. Some we sell in order to purchase more for our portfolio.
