Putting the final touches on this mini luxury Professional HMO in Salford. We feel making en suites have our tenants stay longer and actually pay more . Had an interesting discussion with a fellow London based HMO owner. She had been doing both HMOs and buy to lets. She has a mixture of HMOs that are combination of Professional HMO en suites and double beds. She determined greater profitability was generated by the en suites versus shared bathrooms and double beds. More so,she is selling her London Buy to lets in order to focus more on HMOs & specifically Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham. I told her that I believe in farming an area and not spreading out. I told her we focus majority of our efforts in Salford which is located in Manchester.
