Social Housing HMO Oldham Manchester One More Week of Refurbishment
Very Stressful week. We have 4 HMOs going on at the same time. Some builders took off on holiday….one got sick…..Thus we got backed up just as we have 8 more HMOs to convey on. We are conveying hopefully next week on both Professional HMOs in Manchester and Social Housing HMOs. We are stressed as estate agents are calling both us and our solicitors in order to determine when we are conveying. Hopefully tomorrow we will exchange on one 4 bed Social Housing HMO in Swinton. This is an amazing location and once the social housing HMO is finished it will generate NET 11,960…Not a bad investment. Plus tomorrow we are selling to a nice couple from Hong Kong a 5 bed Professional HMO that grosses in the range close to 30,000 a year. We offered them several management companies and looking for to have another HMO property with this management company.
We hope to be all caught up in about 10 days as we have both that we want to keep ourselves that will cash flow and we have investors who are interested to buy from us. We sell in order to keep more ourselves without the banks
