The amount of time and energy plus money to make this a social Hmo is incredibly difficult. Bringing the property back to the brick. We think is this one of the safest investments in the world today. Old beaten up terraced houses. They survived the Great Depression. They survived both World War 1 and World War 2. How many stocks went to zero. How many bonds were not paid. Not sexy…but copy and paste and I build the portfolio.
