Many property investors think refurbing houses into HMOs are easy. I have seen new investors try to remote control builders from London or Hong Kong only to have a myriad of issues and works not meeting council specs or housing association specs. These group of builders are actually 2 brothers who have grown tremendously. We have been working with them since 2014 and they also doing large commercial to residential projects. However they always have time to work with us. It is good for us and them. One of the best type of long term thinking.
