The difference between Social Housing and Private Renting.  

What a difference. This was a Facebook post I saw this morning.

I am trying to work out the cost to me if a tenant stopping paying rent immediately. 2 months arrears needed for an eviction then after 14 days I can go for an eviction. So at least of 3 months rent + court costs and maybe a professional to do the eviction work. Assuming I am prompt on my side, anyone know approximately how long the court process might take? Also, if I were to pay a professional, to deal with the eviction any idea what i’d be looking at? (Recommendations welcome too) She’s willing to surrender the tenancy if the price is right but if we don’t agree something I don’t see her paying a penny more rent and waiting to be evicted. Property is in Wales.
