We had two social housing properties pass inspections last week and were signed off. We are cashing on both with no voids, no management and all maintenance covered unless structural. Currently we have 4 refurbishment projects of a total of 18 rooms going on and hopefully we will be conveying on 2 more social housing HMOs with another 10 rooms. This is our model.
