Learning the hard way when doing Professional and Social HMOs

Wanted to share a tip that we learned the hard way when doing Professional and Social HMOs. Can you imagine what happens when 4 or 6 people want to shower at the same time in the Winter? Well…simply there is not enough hot water if all the tenants shower at the same time. So what we learned was to split up heating using both electric and the boiler. We have completed on over 250 HMOs and each time there has been a learning curve.
