Finally after 4 months this Greater Manchester Professional HMO is finished and taking final pictures. We gave this property to an agent to manage. We have 5 of these in the pipeline. 3 are under refurbishment with extensions to increase the valuations. We expect rents of 650 a room thus for the 4 rooms a total gross of 31,200 a year.
