Our goal at BH Investment in which we specialize in HMOs for Social Housing in the Northwest is to create value for ourselves in the properties we keep and the investors who buy our properties. One way we do this is to create an additional bedroom. Creating an additional bedroom will create 50-55 per week per room additional income. Translate this to a yearly basis alot of money is generated. Most of our properties are 3-5 bedrooms. This is a nice small niche. They generate on average on the low side 8580 to a mid range of 11,400.
