Always Refurbishing Social Housing HMOs, Always Buying Social Housing HMOs and Selling Some Social Housing HMOs

This is our model. We sell some of these HMO properties in order to buy more and add to our own personal portfolios, ourselves and our JV partner. We have been operating in this manner since 2014. What is very interesting as properties are immediately cash flowing within 2 months after refurbishment. This enhances our cash flow and profitability. I liken it to almost that we are building a snow ball that is rolling down the hill. The more properties we own, the more rents we generate monthly. We recycle those funds into more properties to being refurbished. As banks do not like the 7 plus 3 year leases we simply sell some….generate some profits from that and collect rents to put in more properties.
