Another Social Housing project coming to completion hopefully this week. We have several under refurbishment all 4 beds and 5 beds all around Manchester. The properties will net us from £14,144 to £17,600 per property. We will be purchasing 3 new properties the beginning of May. Our model is source, refurbish, tenant, contract for 7 plus 3 years, sell some in order to keep more and grow our portfolio organically.
