Another Social Housing project coming to completion hopefully this week. We have several under refurbishment all 4 beds and 5 beds all around Manchester. The properties will net us from £14,144 to £17,600 per property. We will be purchasing 3 new properties the beginning of May. Our model is source, refurbish, tenant, contract for 7 plus 3 years, sell some in order to keep more and grow our portfolio organically. Between selling some and compounding rents we are constantly buy new properties. There are no voids, no management and all maintenance is covered unless structural. Contact me to learn more.
