As we have to pass so many inspections by the council…by the housing provider…by the police…by building regs and lastly fire assessment…it is always the little things.
This makes us feel safe and secure as landlords. We have had so many eyes approving the safety of the property for the tenants. Then even more so…every property has a designated housing officer who is actually responsible and accountable not like an estate agent.
