At the moment we are refurbishing this 4 bed Professional HMO with ensuites. In this video we will demonstrate works being done on the property and how to increase the room rents. Obviously the bigger the rooms the more desirable they are and the higher rents that are possible. We have 3 other Professional HMOs in legals and hopefully the searches come back early next week so we can convey. There is always a learning curve when refurbishing HMO properties. We have done over 250 Social HMOs and approx 10 Professional HMOs.
