This might sound trite…..but a quick checklist
- WHO is making the offer and to WHOM?
- How is the deal structured…personally or through a LTD?
- WHAT is being bought and for WHAT amount?
- Is Article 4 in place prohibiting a HMO project?
- What is rental demand like?
- Have you run test adds for your potential Buy to let or Professional HMO?
- Who is going to manage the Professional HMO or buy to let?
- WHERE am I getting the funds? (the financing)
- Do I have a relationship already with a solicitor?
- WHEN am I planning to buy it? (the closing date)
- WHY would I back out of this offer? (the contingencies)
- HOW is this all going to happen? (the fine print)
