Before Pictures of a Buy to Let on Long Term Social Housing Contract
We conveyed on this property yesterday. We did a walk through with our builders.
These are the before pictures…The standard for the finished is rather high.
At this point the builders understand the spec and needs of the Corp client who has the Home office contract for social housing. We have 5 of these going and the big issue for us is that the areas in which we are working are closed for future properties. On a good note this makes them more profitable…yet we need to find another source of deal flow. We have approx 20 of these properties and several Social HMOs…No voids..No management and no maintenance. As good as they are, there is only so much cake we can eat. We sell some in order to maintain liquidity.
