Recommendations for contractors and builders are always good for your HMO projects. However it is very hard to find a good HMO project builder and most property investors do not want to share their tradesman.
We want to share a simple and effective way to find good HMO contractors. You drive around areas in which are good for Professional HMOs. Most smart builders have their trucks emblazoned with advertisements such as they do Loft conversions….or whatever with their phone and email. More so we would knock on the door and speak to the builders of the HMO project. This way you can see the level of their works….tell them that we do multiple projects and see if they could quote on an upcoming Professional HMO job.
