Running through one of our final inspections on 3 social housing HMOs in Salford. Hopefully we will be done and dusted early next week with passing inspections. There are always snagging issues, however all in all getting there. Always challenges…always issues to overcome. We had to fire board the whole basement which was another unexpected expense and challenge. This particular property is near the center of Eccles in Salford. We bought the property right and needed a tremendous amount of work. Comps in the immediate area are around £140,000 range. We had a London investor last week express interest…However today is Thursday and nothing definitive. Once these 3 are finished and cash flowing….We are starting 2 5 bed Social HMOs in Stockport and Audenshaw. We have had alot of interest in the Stockport 5 bed HMO as Stockport is a great area of Manchester.
