Completed HMO for Social Housing finished before Christmas
We just finished on Friday another HMO which will be used for social housing. It gives us great joy in order to provide housing for needy people especially before the holidays. We were under immense pressure as we have 7 HMO conversions going on almost simultaneously. Everyone was doing their part. I especially want to thank all of our sets of builders. In every project you run into issues. However through their patience…professionalism and dedication they overcame all issues.
We focus on social housing for two main reasons.

We get guaranteed rent for 5 years, we have no voids, virtually no maintenance and virtually no management. Many HMO investments fail due to voids and management. We avoid this by using this model.
