Conveyed on this property on Friday. The lads have been busy. Rip out moving nicely. Rather shocked at the amount of wood they have ordered for all the joinery. This will be a 5 bed social Hmo. No voids and no management. I am trying to build up my portfolio however full of challenges as areas close to new properties, prices going through the roof, banks not lending ( thus I sell some here and there) and builders getting covid. Just this morning 2 lads were diagnosed positive with Covid. Works stopped!!
