We specialize in Social HMOs and Professional HMOs. Regarding the social hmos it is copy and paste to meet the spec of the housing provider. However with professional hmos they need to be wonderful in order to attract quality tenants. We make them higher than hotel standards. More like a 5 star hotel even though at times it is a balancing act between costs and aesthetics. The question comes to how to design a high end HMO. In this short video I want to share 2 ideas. One is to use the services of Ikea who have designers or the other idea is to google images and look at high end HMOs and use that as a basis for your design. Your Professional HMO must stand out in order to attract quality tenants.
