Impatience

A sign of failure in the making. This impatience is get rich quick…Buy without fully doing ones homework with property. they over leverage ….take on too many deals at the same time…These impatient property investors are adrenaline addicts. They need action. Property is growing wealth in slow motion. Successful property investors take action only on good deals. Minimize risk….buy value…do not count on appreciation to bail them out..they make their money when they buy…successful property investors have learnt the path of money…Successful property investors are patient. They know about compounding money over long periods of time. They know to use low or little leverage and use capital repayment. They surround themselves around other successful property investors.

Being confused

Property is not that complicated…yet there is a learning curve. The key is to start investing in property. Not taking a zillion courses and not starting. It is almost better to start…make some mistakes than be paralyzed by analysis. I seem to meet alot of tyre kickers who want to buy a HMO…yet stop and stop building a property future. Property investing is a game of knowledge acquired over time.
