Early Stages of Professional HMO Eccles Salford Manchester

In order to have a desirable and luxury feel for a Professional HMO, we have to take it back to the brick. It is almost building new from fresh. As you can see from these pictures there is heavy rip out and bringing this HMO property back to its foundations….all new electrics….all new plumbing….new plaster….All of this is necessary in order to ask for higher rents of between 105 to 125 per week depending on location and rooms. We just finished one in Eccles and as we finish…tenant we start another Professional HMOs. More so we are very strict on our tenants. We only want working tenants as well as in some cases guarantors. Yesterday we had to turn down a gent as he had a recent CCJ and lied about it. Always be willing to work with your tenants…however at times it is better to leave a room empty then rent to someone who could cause late pays or financial issues…
