Our builders and furniture suppliers worked over the weekend putting the final touches on this new Social HMO in Greater Manchester. We have 3 of them going at the moment. As great as these Social HMOs are they have serious limitations….such as banks will not lend on them. They have to be cash buyers. However we seem to have repeat buyers for these as they cash flow so well. The hard part is sourcing them and passing all the inspections. Once inspected and passed then they go to bed and cash flow without voids, management or virtually any maintenance…This is a 4 bed Social HMO which will generate NET 11,960.
