We just conveyed on a new Professional HMO in the center of Eccles Town Center in Salford. It will be a 4 bed en suite. Salford is a very strong area for Professional HMOs. We just finished one on Catherine Street and have 1 room already rented. This Professional HMO is on Station road in Eccles, Salford. Probably take 6-8 weeks to finish…and another 1 month to tenant.
