Four Social Housing HMOs Being Refurbished Manchester

We are rather busy with 4 Social Housing HMOs. Full ripouts….some need full rewiring…All of these are around the Greater Manchester area. We have 2 in Salford, 1 in Dunkinsfield and 1 in Shaw. A couple more weeks of work on all of these social housing HMOS. Once finished we have 2 five bed social HMOs to be conveyed. We love the 5 beds as they generate a net 14,300 per year…No council tax…no voids…no management…We are looking in new areas to expand as well….
