We just conveyed on this 5 bed property in Crewe near the train station. It has to be one of the most filled up houses of junk that we have purchased in the last couple of years. The owner is in a nursing home. This was a great deal. We bought this probably 20k below market and will be making it into a 5 bed HMO. What is great about Crewe is the HS2 Train coming. This HMO property will only go up in value. The idea is buy right…..sit tight….I have a problem with that part. I love selling our HMOs. My wife likes keeping and she is the boss. Plus our colleague likes keeping as well for building long term wealth. A HMO like this after refurbishment and tenanting will do . We just got lucky buying this one!
