Great Books for your Property Business

As property investors and Professional HMO property investors….learning is paramount. You don’t have to spend tons of money on courses….rather simply read….Below is my list of some great books for property investors and their business

Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff

In your property business, you’ll likely need to rely more and more on other people’s money to grow your business. No matter how much money you have, you will run out. You will need to pitch to a bank, or even a bridging company…Pitch anything will help you.

The Lean Startup by Eric Ries

The Lean Startup was essentially written for those trying to build a Silicon Valley tech company, I believe the lessons can be utilised by UK Property investors. The book is all about starting small and focusing on what the customer/client wants, rather than what you think they might want. As property investors and HMO investors we must take care of our tenants. Our tenants pay down our mortgages and provide for our families.

The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone

Grant Cardone is all over the place now. I get at least an email a day for one of his courses. Not especially a property investment book, The 10X Rule was written by Grant who is investor and sales coach named Grant Cardone, who encourages the reader to think bigger to achieve far more than you ever thought possible.

The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod

The principle of the Miracle morning is start your day off right. Now we have a new Golden retriever puppy, we do not need an alarm clock for 5am. We have Mel. You start by meditating…visualising and really starting your day off correctly.

The One Thing by Gary Keller

Gary Keller is from the USA and has written several books on property investing. Defiantly a must for any property investor.
