We have been told to raise the bar on the spec of the social housing HMOs we are providing in Manchester. We had a meeting with one of the supervisors and inspectors. Our leases are for 5 years however with the higher standard that we are meeting it enables the potential for another 5 year extension possibly there after. We just put in a lovely kitchen on this Social Housing HMO. We are proud of our work as well as proud to help people in need at the same time….this is a great investment model for us…We keep some of these and sell some of these.
