We have seen this so often now with investors who are out of the area….have no local knowledge and they want “the deal” They over pay…
What we do is…very simple…it is all a numbers game with HMO properties. They either stack up or don’t. We do not care. If we get the deal….great ….if not we are sure another one will come along. More so, we create the value in the deal. More bedrooms…more bathrooms…extensions….lofts…In today’s HMO market in Manchester you need to create value and be realistic.
