We have several days left until our joiners and builders finish up. Then comes in the decorators and we have already sold this HMO. The longest part was the conveyance. Virtually all of our HMOs go to social housing. We find this the most efficient and profitable avenue of Refurbishment to Profit. These HMOs are cash flowing upon completion and after inspection. There are no voids… no management…minimal if at all maintenance. We enter into 5 year contracts with the North West director of a Govt contract and simply collect our BACS payments. Some of these we keep and some we sell off. This lowers our leverage and keeps on supply properties.
