Hong Kong Customer Satification on Purchasing Social Housing

I have purchased two social housing properties over the last year. I had been living in Hong Kong and recently moved to Bristol. The income of these 2 properties have been wonderful. I am achieving 8% net without any headaches of dealing with the tenants. I have had no contact regarding any maintenance issues. All that has happened is that I have been receiving my monthly BACS payment. I highly recommend the team at BH Property. They were attentive and always available for my questions. I am probably going to purchase another property for my mother as a way to supplement her income.
