We have 5 Professional HMOs on the go in Greater Manchester and on two of them we are doing extensions. This gent was on site 7.30 am. We outsourced the extensions as a pose to our builders to do all the ground works. Sometimes the weather can delay and complicate thus we went with a specialist company. Considering that he will do timely works we will give him the next extension. We asked for recommendations from colleagues and even with that we had quotes all over the place. We went with Gareth due to his pricing and we had a good initial feeling of him. Watch our progress.
