As you can see in my posts, I have all different levels of progress on these social hmos that I am doing. I have 7 of them going on at the moment. They are all for sale. I collect rents on the vast majority of my portfolio and sell some in order to keep on buying and recycling funds.

This 6 bed social hmo property is right outside of Manchester in the North of England. This particular one is getting ready for signoff hopefully this week in order that I am cash flowing. It is on a 7 plus 3 year Govt backed lease with net rents of £23,400

We are always looking for investors who want solid returns and no interaction with the tenants. I have a constant flow of these properties as I am constantly sourcing, refurbishing, tenanting and selling some. I have 10 for sale at the moment.
